Four foreign artists were invited to nominate one Brazilian artist each: Carlos Garaicoa, Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster, Isaac Julien and Juan Araujo nominated Marcelo Cidade, An\u00edsio O. Couto, Plataforma \u00c0R\u00c0K\u00c1 and Mauro Restiffe.
