Impa Tech
Identity
Impa Tech is a Brazilian college dedicated exclusively to teaching applied mathematics, led by IMPA, the Institute for Pure and Applied Mathematics. The institution was created to educate people capable of turning abstract reasoning into solutions for concrete problems, bringing academic excellence and social impact closer together. Its identity balances two temporalities: the solidity of an institution born with a classical vocation and the openness of a future-facing digital modernism. Mathematical thinking serves as the organizing principle throughout. Rather than illustrating mathematics, the identity incorporates its principles—repetition, variation, proportion, and organization—balancing academic rigor and technological culture without sacrificing clarity.
We led Trama’s rebranding process, reaffirming the brand as a creative studio dedicated to the home and the beauty of everyday life. We developed a broader, more sensitive visual identity, accompanied by photography and audiovisual production that foreground the quality of the materials and the wisdom of craft.
FORMS brings culture, science, education, and activism together to co-create experiences and rehearse possible futures. Collaboration and collective intelligence generate sounds, colors, materials, and forms for an identity in continuous construction, capable of evolving in dialogue with each experience.
Leston investigates the relationships between sound, image, code, and permanence. In dialogue with his research, we developed a visual identity and website that bring the system to the foreground. There is an interval in the gap between error, the blue screen, and code, and it is within this unstable space, between control and failure, that the project comes to life.
With electric bicycles and self-propelled vehicles, baiq turns getting around into a more fluid, intelligent, conscious, and free experience. We developed the naming, branding, visual identity, brand applications across the products, and initial communication support, all of which carry this idea of movement forward.
