Pretagonismos shifts the way we look at the history of Brazilian art by foregrounding the presence, production, and narratives of Black artists in the collection of the Museu Nacional de Belas Artes. With more than one hundred works, the exhibition moves away from traditional chronology to build relationships among representation, decoloniality, identity, and historical reparation. The space asserts the right of Black people to exercise agency over their own narratives and to occupy the center—not the margins—of the country’s artistic and cultural production. Design and architecture work as a single reading structure: artworks, names, and stories gain presence so that another panorama of Brazilian art can emerge—broader, more critical, and, above all, necessary.
With electric bicycles and self-propelled vehicles, baiq turns getting around into a more fluid, intelligent, conscious, and free experience. We developed the naming, branding, visual identity, brand applications across the products, and initial communication support, all of which carry this idea of movement forward.
Bauh is an original furniture studio that creates pieces from reclaimed wood. Produced in limited editions, its furniture is defined by close attention to materials and detail. We developed its visual identity, creating a sober, contemporary graphic system that supports the brand’s communication without competing with the material’s singular character.
Childhood is not preparation for life; it is life itself unfolding. With this in mind, we worked with Espaço Envolvimento on a careful rebranding process, moving through conceptual and strategic stages and arriving at a visual expression that reflects the school’s new moment.
Behind a historic façade, Casa Camolese brings together a restaurant, craft brewery, cocktail bar, delicatessen, and music. Its identity connects the Italian graphic tradition with the atmosphere of a house in Rio.
