Identity
Festival Teal Brasil is a space for rethinking and reinventing the way we work. Networks, inspirations, and practices come together to discuss more whole organizations—organizations capable of distributing autonomy, cultivating purpose, and responding to complexity without repeating rigid structures. The visual identity is organized in layers: graphics overlap, shift in relation to one another, and produce ever-changing configurations, while content remains at the center. Like teal thinking itself, the system does not offer a single or definitive form. It creates the conditions for different people, experiences, and organizational models to coexist and evolve.
Between São Paulo’s Historic Center and the Serra da Mantiqueira, Instituto Alto connects art, science, ecology, and territory. It is a cultural organization open to different forms of knowledge, supported by a flexible system designed to embrace the institute’s diverse initiatives and create connections across territories and languages.
“I think you should dream the earth, because it has a heart and breathes.” The sentence that opens the book also opens the editorial project, guiding an open visual identity that breathes, welcomes, and warms. Terra Sem Males connects the Guarani myth of a life without suffering with the work of ten artists. Written by João Vergara, the book weaves together art, history, and imagination to ask how we might live better on an imperfect earth.
By Chance is a platform-artwork created to generate combinations and sets from keywords randomly drawn from collections created or curated by the artist. Like dice cast in a game of chance, these words follow specific instructions and reveal unexpected connections, opening paths for creative processes across different fields—from visual arts to education, music to literature.
Behind a historic façade, Casa Camolese brings together a restaurant, craft brewery, cocktail bar, delicatessen, and music. Its identity connects the Italian graphic tradition with the atmosphere of a house in Rio.
